Jim D'Amico
Meet Jim D'Amico, Broker, Owner, and CEO of Century 21 Integra. With a career spanning over three decades, Jim has become a prominent figure in the real estate industry nationally.
In 1995, Jim founded Century 21 North East, a real estate company that has since grown into a formidable force, spanning eleven states with over 65 offices and a team of over 1600 agents.
Under Jim's visionary leadership, the company achieved the remarkable feat of being named the top-selling Century 21 company in units sold in New England from 1999 to 2005 and again from 2017 through to the present. Globally, Century 21 Integra/ North East holds an impressive 5th position within the Century 21 International network.
Recognizing a need in the industry, Jim has expanded Century 21 Integra by adding a property management division to the company, as well as creating an "Agent Lead Desk" for his realtors and managers.
Guided by a deep-seated belief that housing is a fundamental human right, Jim founded the 501c3 non-profit organization Fresh Start. This organization provides guidance and transitional housing for individuals returning from duty, in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, as well as those escaping domestic abuse.
Jim is the proud father of five children – Felicia, Nicholas, James, Tessa, and Tiana. His commitment to family values extends beyond his personal life and into one of the core values that at Century 21 Integra, everyone is family.
With a career marked by innovation, philanthropy, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Jim D'Amico continues to be a trailblazer in the real estate industry, leaving an enduring legacy for generations to come.
