I bring dedication and commitment to assist real estate clients as during my nursing career I have dedicated myself to various specialty departments, starting at different hospitals, and later to managing departments of home healthcare and hospice agencies. For the last decade, I have held full-time management positions. I have consistently met and exceeded expectations to strengthen employee retention and ensure company compliance with the various regulations. As an agency facilitator for state surveyors, I have worked closely with leadership teams to develop comprehensive strategies that address and mitigate risks associated with noncompliance.
