Kevin Wise
Kevin Wise is a dedicated real estate professional and appraiser trainee working toward becoming a certified general appraiser in the state of Texas. With a strong educational background, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Finance from Trinity University in 2017, where he also contributed as a kicker for the football team. He later pursued and received a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering Technology and Business from Mississippi State University in 2023.
Kevin began his real estate career in 2019 when he obtained his real estate license, and in 2022, he took the next step by acquiring his appraiser trainee license. Kevin also currently appraises for the WFSmith Company and specializes in appraising a wide range of properties, including commercial, farm and ranch, governmental, and residential real estate. His expertise in finance, real estate, and property valuation gives him a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Kevin is passionate about the outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and sports, reflecting his appreciation for nature and competition. His dedication to continuous learning and excellence in the real estate field sets him apart as a driven and knowledgeable professional.
