I have been a resident of the Jacksonville area for nearly forty years and can't think of a better city to call home!  My passion for real estate started many years ago, long before I got my license.  Being married to a realtor/new homes sales consultant for over 35 years introduced me to the broad scope of the many aspects this business has to offer.  My husband and I bought, renovated and sold many personal properties over the years and I knew that I wanted to make this dynamic business my career.   I service all of Northeast Florida in Duval, Nassau, St. Johns and Flagler Counties.  I am especially passionate about servicing the first time homebuyer.  There is no greater joy than walking these buyers through the homebuying process, and alleviating the anxiety they may have in finding their first home.  I also specialize in the selling of new construction homes, as that has been a large portion of my business.  Because of my close relationship with the many builders in town, I am familiar with all the upcoming locations of new subdivisions and can help my clients by getting them to contract in the early stages of construction which is beneficial in building equity before the development is even underway.    Customer satisfaction is my ultimate goal and I go above and beyond for my clients. Home decorating and design is one of my passions and I personally stage the majority of my listings at no expense to my sellers which often result in a quick sale.
